Tugas Bahasa Inggris

Dari kemarin saya disibukkan dengan tugas. Ada tugas Olahraga, Agama, bahkan Bahasa Inggris. Untuk tugas bahasa Inggris ini saya ambil dari buku Bahasa Indonesia (SD aro SMP saya lupa...hehehehe xp) Tugasnya seperti dibawah ini. Tentu saja, itu sudah saya edit karena waktu pertama kali dikumpulkan sudah banyak salah..hehehe



THE LEGEND OF RICE
IN JAVA ISLAND


Long time ago, there was no rice in Java Island. People ate corn and cassava to support their life. Rice was just eaten by Gods and Goddesses in Kahyangan. Nobody knew about rice that time, except one boy. He lived in the small hut in the middle of the wood.
One day, the Kahyangan’s gatekeeper fell asleep and forgot to lock the gate. That boy knew that and decided to sneaked into Kahyangan to see some rice. He sneaked successfully and felt amazing.
“What a beautiful place,” he said. “But, where is the rice field?”
He walked around and found the rice field. Walked slowly, he took one grain. But, a farmer saw him and screamed loudly.
“Thief....he stole my rice.”
That boy ran away and fell onto the earth. He kept running until he arrived into his hut. He closed the window and the door.
“Huft...huft....wooh....I think that farmer didn’t chase me again. Now, what should I do with these rice?” Still thinking, he put the rice on the wet dirt. And then, he went to bed.
A year passed. That boy has become a successful first farmer because his rice which he planted on wet dirt one year ago could grew successfully. The goddess saw him and she went down to the earth to meet him.
“Hello boy...” she said.
That boy felt confused and scared. “Who are you?” he answered.
“Don’t be afraid. I’m Goddess of Fertility. I’m glad to see you. You’ve been success to plant rice on the earth. Gods and Goddesses have trusted you. Now, you and everyone will be able to eat rice just like Gods and Goddesses.”
The Goddess flew away to Kahyangan. That boy promised, he and everyone will use rice as a main food.


yah, mungkin ideny bukan dari saya sendiri tapi, tata bahasany sudah bagus, kelihatannya.
